Welcome to the GMC Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Update page
If at any point you would like to change your Multi-Factor Authentication method or Self-Service Password Reset options, you can do so from your Office 365 account.
First, you will log into Office 365. This can be done from your Office 365 email (GMC Portal) or from your Office 365 account home page. (portal.office.com)
Once logged in, locate your initials in the top right corner.
Next, click on your initials and then ‘View Account’.
On the ‘My Account’ page click on ‘Security Info’.
On the ‘Security Info’ page, you can manage your authentication and password recovery options.
To add a new option, locate and click on ‘Add sign-in method’ and select the method. Complete the on-screen instructions and the option will become visible in the list of available authentication methods.
– Our recommendation is to use the Mobile App (Microsoft Authenticator) with the ‘Receive notifications for verification’ option. Click here to download the App
To change the default sign-in method click ‘Change’ next to the ‘Default sign-in method’ at the top of the ‘Security Info’ page.
