Welcome to the GMC Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup page

As a GMC Student, you will need to register for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This means that students will be prompted to use another form of authentication when accessing the GMC Portal and Moodle. GMC Prep School students and Dual Enrollment students will not be included in this policy.

When it is time to set up the second method you will first be greeted with this message.

After selecting next at this screen, you will be greeted with the ‘Additional security verification’ screen. It is here you will have three options to setup for MFA. These options are your cell phone, mobile app, or your office phone. – Our recommendation is to use the Mobile App (Microsoft Authenticator) with the ‘Receive notifications for verification’ option.
